Focal Points (FP) are key reference organizations in monitoring and data collection at local and national levels. FPs contribute to the Network activities with specific knowledge and play an important role in building and supporting linkage with other actors in their country. C-EHRN Secretariat selects new FPs among the Network’s Members based on criteria such as demonstrated organizational competence, proven expertise in the field of harm reduction and relevant experience in national and international cooperation.
