As the backbone of the Network, our Members inform and participate in our activities with a wide range of backgrounds, knowledge and areas of expertise. Based in countries of the WHO Europe Region, our Members are active organizations and individuals in the field of drugs, harm reduction and social inclusion. Applicants from outside the region can join the Network as Supporting Members.
